Welcome to Meowly: Sleep & Meditation ("Meowly", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using Meowly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. User Eligibility
To use Meowly, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with all applicable laws.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Meowly offers both free and premium subscription plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
4. How to Unsubscribe
To cancel your Meowly subscription:
- If subscribed via Apple App Store, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your Apple device and cancel the subscription.
- If subscribed via Google Play Store, open Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions and cancel.
- If you subscribed via our website, contact general@meowly.com for cancellation assistance.
- Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
5. Refund Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Please refer to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies for more details.
6. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the Services, engage in illegal activities, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Meowly provides meditation and relaxation content but does not offer medical advice. Use the app at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
